Your safety and comfort are AMF Corporate Housing’s top priorities. 

Our properties offer far less contact than hotels due to the less transient environment. This is just a start of what helps improvement of care and safer environments.

  • CDC guidelines and processes are being followed. We closely follow and stay within changing protocols recommended by officials

  • AMF Corporate Housing continues to offer contactless check-in and check-out where possible. Direct interaction is avoided in most cases.

  • There’s generally little foot traffic. Crowds aren’t an issue.

  • The availability of use of common area amenities are being adjusted as needed. The high level of consistently cleaning and sanitizing these areas are top priority.

  • On site staff are very diligent in keeping with space, mask & sanitizer protocols. Please don’t be offended if typical greetings we’ve all been accustomed to in the past aren’t possible.

Enhanced Standards In Rental Homes

We have implemented the CDC’s recommended cleaning standards and gone above! All of our temporary furnished housing is made to be safe and comfortable for every guest.

  • AMF Corporate Housing has always thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and disinfected between guests. This has been increased with the newest in disinfecting technology products.

  • Housewares are fully removed after each guest vacates with fresh housewares being delivered before the next guest moves in.

  • Time between guests residing in our corporate housing is a minimum 2 days.

  • WiFi is always included in all our furnished housing. It’s easy to work from your temporary home as is remote learning.

  • Clients requesting weekly or biweekly housekeeping might find this add on service disrupted depending on the level of precautions being advised by the CDC. Your invoice will reflect changes. All furnished apartments are provided with cleaning housewares for you to use in the interim.

  • Occasionally maintenance requests can be affected. Staffing, supply chains and additional issues have been challenged. We appreciate everyone’s understanding during these unprecedented times.
